$BANK (Lorenzo Governance Token) showed rare volatility: in 24 hours, the price jumped by +151%, and trading volume reached $5.8M with liquidity of just $114k. According to our statistics, this level of trading volume (51.1x the liquidity) is a sign of real trading, not bots. The mint has been suspended, the deployer holds 0%, and there are no taxes. At first glance, it looks like a clean launch. Upon closer inspection, questions begin to arise.

Distribution: Concentration at the Top

That’s where the trouble lies. The top 10 wallets hold 77% of the total supply-a classic pattern before a dump. The top holder alone controls 43.8%; the rest of the top 10 are spread out, but if they all sell at once, the price will crash. According to our data, when the top 10 hold more than 60%, in 5 out of 5 cases the token either crashes by -80%+ or is in the throes of a dump. Things aren’t any better here.

Although there are already 58k holders-which is considered a sign of distribution-the holdings are spread out among smaller holders, while the top positions are dominated by the top holders. The LP is not locked (0%)-the creators can withdraw at any moment, claiming they are “liquidating their position” or simply took the volume they needed. The pool’s age of 445 days (almost 18.6 months) suggests the token has at least passed its initial hype phase, but this doesn’t guarantee a vibrant community.

Red flag: no social media presence

A token with no official website or social media presence and an FDV of $218M is strange. According to our data, meme coins without social media fail in 36% of cases, but this is an average based on a sample of 312 tokens; when concentration is high and there’s no social media presence, the numbers are dismal. Launch Canon scored this token 45 out of 100-it passed on 6 points (mint revoked, no taxes, clean deployer), but failed on LP lock-up and lack of a digital footprint.

The deployer’s first token in our database is yet another unknown. No one knows what kind of creator this is: a hoarder on their own token or an honest maintainer? History is silent.

Market verdict or technical rebound?

Volume is healthy, but over the past 24 hours, sales totaled 60,725 compared to purchases of 59,090-close to parity, which is a healthy sign. However, a 151% surge with such concentration usually means that a small group is driving most of the price action-either insiders are pumping the price, or the first wave of speculators has taken the bait. Over 6 hours, the increase was +70.8%, and over one hour, +6.6%, indicating a slowing trend. This could mark the end of the first wave.

According to our statistics, tokens with a revoked mint and 100,000+ holders crash in 60% of cases, while a 2x+ pump occurs in 8% of cases. $BANK has already gained 2.5x in a day-this is the peak of the wave according to the classic meme coin scenario.

Launch Checklist: score 45/100. Checked: mint revoked, supply won’t be over-minted, sales are active, no taxes, deployer holds 0%, 58k holders, token has been live for over 400 days. Not met: LP is not locked, the contract owner is active (can change the code), the top 10 holders own 77%, no social media or website. Origin: a standard DEX listing, not a bonding-based launch.
