Sections That Work

• Fees & Revenue: how much in fees a protocol collects and how much it retains. The only honest answer to “is this a business?”: TVL without revenue is just a warehouse, not a company.
• Cross-chain flows: where liquidity is migrating between chains-an early indicator of narrative rotation.
• Stablecoins: Issuance and flows of stablecoins across networks-funds for future purchases (our macro radar tracks these figures hourly).
• Unlocks: Unlock calendar-supply projections by date.
• Fundraising: who raised how much-a comparison of the latest funding round against the current FDV.
• Hacks: Incident registry-required reading before making a deposit.

Tips

Compare protocols by mcap/fees (the crypto equivalent of P/E), not by TVL; filter TVL to avoid double-counting (settings: borrows, staking); view charts in native units. Fifteen minutes in these sections are worth an hour of scrolling through Twitter-and no one’s trying to sell you anything.
