$LAB update: -95% confirmed the verdict, LP is still unlocked
In 274 days, $LAB became a textbook on token distribution. Price collapsed from $6.8 to $0.32 (-95%), and most importantly, the structure did not change. Exactly what we warned about in the first review. FDV shrank from $6B to $320M, but that did not save it: volume remains hot ($69M in 24h on $2M liquidity), and holding remains monolithic.
What changed (spoiler: nothing)
Six months ago we rated the token 2/10 for one reason: top 10 hold 83% of supply, while liquidity is 0% locked. Today's data is identical. A $2M LP is objectively deep, but it sits in the hands of deployer-side and large insider wallets with no lock. Mint revoked is a plus, deployer holding 0% is a plus, but only until the top-10 wallets start selling together.
The lifecycle is obvious: insiders pumped volume to $69M per day (34.7x volume-to-liquidity), without a single watchlist tweet - meaning there is no organic signal, only degen-insider activity. CoinGecko merely logged the -66.8% fall in one day, then the +18% bounce over 6 hours, a classic exit pattern.
Distribution: financial-grade concentration
- Top-1 holder: 20.2% of supply in one wallet
- Top 10: 83.1% - not distribution, but storage
- Holders: 32.5K - many in absolute terms, but the rest hold crumbs
- LP lock: 0% - liquidity can be removed at any moment
This is not the pattern of a healthy token; it is coordinated insider distribution. When top 10 hold 83% and volume burns at $69M, they are trading among themselves, creating an activity illusion for retail.
Green flags that do not save it
On paper, there are quality signals: mint revoked, sells work with no tax, deployer holds 0%, survived day one. All of them lose meaning against one fact: unlocked liquidity + monolithic distribution = ready-made exit structure. Any broad price decline ends in a squeeze: top 10 sell, LP evaporates, retail catches knives.
Risks
- LP can be removed without warning. Current pool balance is $2M. With $69M daily volume, deployer-side and top-10 wallets can create a liquidity shock with one transfer.
- FDV/liquidity = 161x. The pool is 161 times smaller than the supposed full supply value. Scam genesis.
- Zero social activity. In 274 days there has not been one meaningful-account mention except CoinGecko logging a drop. Growth sits only on insiders.
- Top-10 concentration: 83%. This is not a community, it is a cartel. Any of them can start the crash by selling first.
Verdict
$LAB is a textbook example of why distribution matters more than price. A token can jump 1000%, but if top 10 hold 83% and LP is unlocked, it is not an investment - it is roulette with a predictable end. A -95% drawdown over 274 days fully confirmed our first verdict. Markets usually give insiders 2-4 months to distribute before the collapse becomes obvious. $LAB lived through that and now hangs on mechanics: either insiders find fresh retail and pump again, or it ends.
