$SAPIJIJU: 24-hour pump and dump
SAPIJIJU (The Frog) is a one-day token on Solana that went from zero to +1,530% in 24.4 hours and has already started to reverse: -24.9% in the last hour, -47.86% in the last six. A classic meme coin pump candle pattern-a vertical surge, followed by a sell-off by early adopters.
Metrics: small but wild
The token’s FDV is $1,164,396, with pool liquidity totaling just $104,095. The FDV-to-liquidity ratio is over 11x-a typical scenario for a token without a substantial price cushion. Any large sell order moves the price more than it should.
But the key indicator here is volume. Over the past 24 hours, $13.3M in trades took place with liquidity of $104K. This ratio is over 127x-trading volume is completely out of sync with the actual size of the pool. This happens either during extreme hype with massive flip trading or when volume is artificially inflated by bots that drive volume back and forth. The data doesn’t allow us to definitively confirm either scenario, but the pattern itself is alarming.
The balance of buys and sells (54,836 vs. 47,407) is relatively even-there’s no sign of a clear one-sided sell-off via orders, but that doesn’t negate the sharp price drop on higher time frames.
Bullish and Bearish Scenarios
- Bullish: A 15-fold increase in a single day is drawing attention; some day traders are entering in hopes of a second impulse
- Bullish: Activity is high, liquidity is present, and entry and exit points are technically feasible
- Bearish: The price has already lost nearly half its value in 6 hours-the momentum has run out
- Bearish: No website or social media presence-the project is anonymous, with no public ties
Risks
This is a token with no team name, no narrative, and no community infrastructure-just numbers on a chart. With liquidity at $104K, a large holder could crash the price with a single order. Being only one day old means there’s almost no historical data-it’s pointless to assess the trend over such a short timeframe.
