crptch analytical desk is a system, not a fictional person

This is the organizational byline of crptch. It means a story was assembled by the site’s analytical engine under one protocol, not signed with a fictional human identity.

How a story is made

  1. Collection. Scanners ingest public market data from DEXScreener, GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko and Binance, plus available on-chain contract signals.
  2. Normalization. The system connects chain, contract, pool and ticker, stores the snapshot time, and removes some duplicates and weak candidates.
  3. Assessment. crptch rules calculate UTS/LQS, market and contract factors. Analytical copy is drafted with a configured Claude language model using structured inputs and editorial prompt constraints.
  4. Publication. Time-sensitive stories may be published automatically without a promise of human pre-publication review. Primary metrics, market links, snapshot time and a DYOR warning remain part of the record.
  5. Outcome tracking. Token verdicts lock an entry price and later calculate 24-hour and 7-day outcomes. Hits and misses remain visible in the public track record.

Freshness and source errors

Markets move faster than any page. Every DeFi dossier displays its last snapshot time. Data older than six hours is marked as a historical snapshot and is not presented as a current price. Charts may use a separate source and refresh independently. External providers can be delayed, wrong or unavailable.

Corrections and accountability

A story may be corrected, expanded or hidden when its source data, contract or wording is wrong. crptch, as publisher, is accountable for the editorial protocol and publication—not the data providers or language model. Follow updates and contact the project through Telegram @crptchs.

Money, conflicts and risk

  • crptch does not sell positive ratings or disguise paid signals as editorial verdicts.
  • Any future advertising must be visually separated and clearly labelled.
  • A score is the automated editorial system’s opinion based on the available snapshot, not a promise of performance.
  • Nothing on this site is personalized investment advice. Verify the contract, liquidity and sources yourself.

What you can verify

Read the scoring method at /method, resolved outcomes at /track, contracts and DEX links through DeFi search, and published verdicts in the JSON API.
