The Token by the Numbers

SHIBA INU is a clone of the popular SHIB on Ethereum, which has been around for 4.5 years (39,953 hours). The price is 5.1e-6 USD, FDV is $5.1B, but liquidity is only $2.5M-the spread is enormous: FDV/LP = 2,060x. The 24-hour trading volume is $2.1M, which is 0.85 times greater than the liquidity itself-the pool is actively trading. Over the past hour, the price has risen by +0.56%; over the past day, it has fallen by -3.48%. Buy/sell: 2,545/2,214 transactions-a classic balance.

Distribution: healthy, but LP is not protected

Here’s where it gets interesting. The top holder owns just 6.23%, and the top 10 together hold 23.1%-that’s a fair distribution. There are 1.68 million holders-a lively pool, typical for an old meme coin. The deployer owns 0%, minting has been revoked (mint_authority = false)-the supply is locked and will not be minted further.

But here’s the problem: only 0% of the LP is locked. This isn’t a data error-it means the creator can withdraw the entire pool at any time. Despite being 4.5 years old and having millions of holders, the liquidity isn’t legally protected. Our database shows: LP locked at ≥90% + mint revoked = rug pull in 88% of cases (n=8). Conversely, an unlocked LP-even with the mint revoked-is a classic time bomb.

Launch Canon: 45/100, critical flag

Launch_quality scored 45 points (out of 100, known_ratio = 89%-data is complete). Requirements met: mint revoked, 0% fees, top 10 distributed, social media active. However, it’s on the blacklist-the LP isn’t locked (0%)-which prevents it from moving into the green zone. This is the only risk, but it’s a fatal one.

Deeplorer is clean: it’s the first token in our database, but that’s not a downside given its age and the fact that it has no history of scams.

No social media or hype

There are no social media accounts (has_socials = false), but the watchlist contains one tweet from @shibtoken (0 followers, a marketing account) dated July 26, 2026-a retweet of someone else’s post about the “King of Ethereum.” This is noise, not a signal. There’s no news, no buzz. The price is moving organically: trading volume is active, but there’s no social hype to fuel a pump.

Risk Scenarios

Scenario 1: The deployer is inactive and the LP remains in the game-the token could live forever as a quiet meme with stable volume. We’re aware of tokens with unlocked LPs that have lasted for months thanks to the creator’s inaction. But that’s not a guarantee-it’s just luck.

Scenario 2: The LP is withdrawn at any moment-the price will plummet by 99%+ in a matter of minutes. Even 1.68 million holders won’t save it.

Patterns from our database: the top 10 <25% historically result in more rug pulls (+0.24 to the rug pull probability, n=35) than pump-and-dump schemes. Meme coins with inflated FDV and thin liquidity crash in 27% of cases (n=11), but this is a moderate signal.
