$BRIAN (Coinbase Man) launched on Base 56 hours ago and has already posted a +2,246% gain over the past 24 hours on a trading volume of $29M, with modest liquidity of $493k. Turnover-to-liquidity ratio of 58.7x-live trading is going wild. But behind this number lies a typical pre-scam scenario: the LP is not locked at all, and the creators and insiders can withdraw at any moment.

Metrics: Inflated FDV on Thin Liquidity

An FDV of $15.1M with liquidity of $493k yields a ratio of 31x-above the norm. For comparison, a healthy meme coin typically sits at 5-10x. The price of $0.0152 reflects partly real demand (31k buys versus 21k sells in a day) and partly the momentum from a recent pump signal. At 56 hours old, the token is in its most dangerous window: the first two days on a DEX, when liquidity can vanish in minutes.

Distribution and on-chain risks: red flags

Here’s the key point: there are only 2 holders. This isn’t a typo-two addresses control the entire supply. The top 10 holders own 9.5% (which sounds good), but when there are only 2 holders, that means a single address. The deployer is undisclosed, minting permissions have been revoked, but the LP is locked at 0%-completely open for withdrawal.

  • LP is locked at 0%-the creators can withdraw all the liquidity and disappear (our database shows that this leads to a 100% rug pull when other factors are present)
  • 2 holders-extreme concentration, even if the distribution appears spread out in terms of percentage (crptch database cap: -0.2 for a pump due to this)
  • No social media/website-no Twitter, no website; according to our database, this results in an 80% rug pull rate in the early stages
  • No social media mentions-the pump occurred without visible call-to-action signals from top accounts. Growth without social activity smacks of insider trading or bots

Bullish/bearish outlook

Pros: Trading volume is active; holders (only two, but still) aren’t selling the token after the pump; the contract survived its first day.

Cons: launch_quality is 45 points (out of 100), known_ratio is 59%-half the data is unclear. According to the deterministic crptch model, crptch_uts scores 35 points. The caps on LPunlocked are already triggering. Based on historical data: top-10 < 25% + mint revoked = 60% rug pulls, 10% dumps, 10% 2x+ pumps; plus age < 2 days = a 2x+ pump within the first 24 hours is likely in 4% of cases (n=273).

Risks

The token may legitimately rise on the back of hype and FOMO, but the probability of a rug pull is 4-5 times higher than the statistical average. Don’t invest money in this that you’re not prepared to lose 90-100% of.
