$HOODRAT: -83% for the week - the verdict was confirmed, but it's worse
$HOODRAT (Robinhood) is a follow-up to our 7/10 rating from yesterday. Back then, we wrote about the 211% pump and the suspicious activity surrounding the airdrop. Today, the token has fallen 83% from its peak of $0.0086 to its current price of $0.00140. This isn’t a dump-it’s a collapse.
What’s Changed
The mechanics are simple: yesterday we gave it a 7/10 (WATCH) rating based on live volume and the pool having survived the first wave. Our calibration for a score of 7-8 indicates a median return of -78% over 7 days and a 50% chance of a crash-we knew that. But live trading (4.9x liquidity) masked the main risk: the lack of social media presence and a concentrated distribution.
According to our database: tokens without social media or a website crash in 71% of cases, all other things being equal (n=90). An overheated degen market (index ≥70) increases the probability of a crash. Yesterday this was -0.35 on the index; today it played out in full force.
Distribution and Holders
Data on top holders is unavailable, but indirect metrics are very poor:
- FDV/liquidity = 8.3x-inflated market cap, thin liquidity. Any sell-off by the top 10 immediately drives the price down;
- Age: 644 hours (27 days)-enough time for insiders to sort out the distribution and cash out. This isn’t a fresh launch; it’s a dead project after the initial hype;
- No social media presence-no PR, no community signals. Just bot trading on the pool.
Bullish context: why we didn’t give it a 2/10
A daily volume of $821k on $168k in liquidity is 4.9x. It’s a live pool, not a graveyard. The price at the time of analysis was up 50% over 24 hours-that’s a residual pump. But this is a technical pullback, not a signal. A score of 7 was fair yesterday (active movement, age of 3+ weeks); today, it’s being revised downward due to the crash and obvious concentration.
Verdict in context
Our back-office calibration triggered an alert: a score of 7-8 is not a “WATCH”; it’s a statistical “SCAM.” Over the past week, four cases with this rating have crashed by 70-99.8%. $HOODRAT is one of them. We underestimated the “no social media” blocking pattern as a -0.35 filter, but it turned out to be the main indicator of the crash.
The token didn’t crash instantly (like $USMINT or $HMM), but this is a slow capitulation. No community, no face-just liquidity driven by volume. When volume drops (and it will)-that’s the bottom.
